Note: By toggling 'Enable eBilling' on the user authorizes the municipality to provide any invoices via eService Paperless Billing. If 'Enable eBilling' is toggled on, the user should be aware that they will not receive a paper invoice for Taxes or Utilities as long as the toggle is on.

The Municipality of the Town of Souris is proud to announce that balances, invoices and receipts will be available at your fingertips. When you sign up for this online service, you will get email notices about your water and sewer bills. You can also log in to check your balances. Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email. Then you can follow the link in that email to confirm your email address to complete the process.
